What is AISights?
AISights is an AI visibility tracking platform. It monitors whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot recommend your business when people search for your products or services and whether they are recommending your competitors instead.

We track ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot, the six major AI platforms that people use to discover businesses and make buying decisions.

AISights includes hallucination detection. When an AI platform generates inaccurate information about your business such as wrong pricing, wrong location, or wrong services, we flag it so you can take action before it misleads potential customers.
How much does AISights cost?
We offer four plans to fit different needs. Local is $49 per month, Growth is $99 per month, Pro is $149 per month, and Agency is $399 per month for up to 25 clients. Enterprise pricing is available for larger teams. All plans are billed monthly with no long term contracts.
Is there a free trial?

When does AISights launch?
We are currently building the product. Join the waitlist and you will be among the first to know when we go live and you will get access to early pricing that will not be available after launch.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored securely in Canada using Supabase. We never sell your data to third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing team@getaisights.com.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your data will be retained for 90 days before being permanently deleted, giving you the option to reactivate if you change your mind.
Do you offer refunds?
We handle refund requests on a case by case basis. If you have a concern about a charge, email us at team@getaisights.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
